At milk & mercy, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note:

Pre-order items require 2–4 weeks for processing before dispatch.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

shipping method

We make use of PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) for all nationwide deliveries within South Africa.

Customers are required to enter the address of their closest PUDO locker in the shipping instructions at checkout. Orders cannot be processed without valid locker details.

 

delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

 

shipping fees

We offer FREE shipping on all orders nationwide via PUDO.

 

PUDO locker collection

Parcels must be collected within 36 hours of delivery to the selected locker.

If a parcel is not collected within this timeframe:

  • It will be returned to sender (milk & mercy).

  • The customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee to have the parcel sent again.

  • No refunds will be issued for uncollected parcels. No exceptions will be made.

 

incorrect locker information

milk & mercy is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete locker details provided at checkout.

lost or damaged parcels

Once an order has been handed over to PUDO, responsibility transfers to the courier.

milk & mercy does not take responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels in transit.

Customers must contact PUDO directly using their tracking information to resolve any courier-related issues.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for parcels that are lost or damaged during transit.
