At milk & mercy, we take great care in preparing and inspecting every order before dispatch.
We only accept returns in the case of:

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will:

Arrange a replacement item (if available), or

Issue a store credit if a replacement is not possible
We do not offer cash refunds.

milk & mercy is not responsible for parcels that are damaged, lost, or mishandled during transit.
If your parcel is damaged by the courier, you will need to contact the courier company directly using your tracking information to resolve the matter.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for courier-related damage.
